Teacher retention is one of the most challenging issues facing school districts today.
Whether teachers enter the profession with an Education Degree or with an Alternative Certification, some may need additional support with strategies and skills for effective content delivery, student engagement, and student learning.
Through classroom observations and immediate one-on-one follow-ups, a NewDay Consultant will prepare a personalized Support Coaching Plan that equips your teachers with specific strategies and techniques that positively transform the learning environment.

NewDay Education will partner with selected teachers to design a personalized coaching plan that supports your district's essentials and meets your school's expectations for successful teaching and increased student performance.
Every NewDay Support Coaching Plan will include:
A pre-observation consultation
An in-person classroom observation
A post-observation goal-setting consultation
A minimum of two in-person and/or remote check-ins with teacher
Additional consultations, observations, and check-ins available as needed
